Your firm bills
by the hour.
Then loses
hours to admin.
We build custom AI for small and medium law firms: non-billable admin automation, source-linked research acceleration, firm knowledge search, and AI governance. Start with a practical discovery call, then embed with your team to run it. Founded by a commercial lawyer turned engineer, so privilege and billing are handled correctly from the start.
Designed for cautious firms.
Workflows run around your Microsoft, Google, DMS, inbox, and case tools. Client data stays in systems your firm controls.
Drafts, chasers, and escalations can require fee-earner or ops approval before anything reaches a client.
Research outputs can be linked back to judgments, legislation, and firm materials, with quotes and citations flagged for lawyer review.
We design for logs, exceptions, research sources, and handover notes so your COLP, COFA, or practice manager can see what happened.
Practical AI-use rules for staff: no public-client-data prompts, clear review steps, and matter-safe boundaries.
Research at the speed serious firms compete.
We build source-grounded research workflows that search case law, legislation, regulator-specific materials, and approved firm knowledge together. The ambition is over 100x faster research speed and depth, with human lawyer review before reliance.
This is the second engine: the research coverage of a full associate bench — at a speed no bench can match. The research firepower a large firm buys with headcount — without the headcount. Coverage and speed, not judgment: the AI does the reading, your lawyer makes the call.
Search public case law, legislation, regulator-specific materials, and firm-approved knowledge from one research intake.
Flag missing citations, quote mismatches, weak authority, jurisdiction issues, and anything the lawyer must verify.
Produce a first-draft memo with authorities, extracts, comparisons, uncertainty notes, and source links.
Keep lawyers in control: review gates, audit logs, and clear warnings before client advice or filing use.
Your most expensive people are doing your cheapest work.
Intake, conflict checks, chasing, filing, follow-ups — hours gone before anyone touches billable work.
Twelve hours a week of a fee-earner's time, at a modest charge-out rate. Per person. Per year.
Firms that automated intake and billing last year quote faster and turn work around sooner. That gap widens every quarter you wait.
We build it. Then we run it. With you.
We hear how the firm runs today, where work stalls, and where time or revenue is leaking. Then we agree the first workflow worth solving.
We design it with you and build it around how your firm already works — connected to the tools you use, from Clio to LEAP to your inbox. A first working piece in weeks, not months.
We don't hand it over and walk away. An embedded team stays on after launch — running the system alongside yours, fixing what breaks, adding what's next. Month to month. The handover isn't where we leave.
$2M+ recovered.
Automatically.
We built and ran the operations engine for a five-company group across Europe — reading operational messages, chasing invoices, escalating exceptions, and recovering money automatically.
Our founder led the build. We now apply the same operating pattern to law-firm admin: unpaid invoices, unbilled disbursements, slow intake, and manual follow-up.
Invoices sent but not chased. One person manually following up. $2M+ sitting uncollected. Every month that passed, more interest accrued and more clients assumed they wouldn't pay.
Automated receivables pipeline: invoice reading → interest calculation → tiered chase sequence → legal escalation. Connected to their existing tools. Zero new software to learn.
We ran it alongside their team — monitored outputs, tuned the chasers, escalated edge cases — and handed over more of it as they grew comfortable. The money came in without anyone chasing it by hand.
We hit the number,

~$19k per fee-earner. Picture it across your firm — 5 is ~$95k, 10 is ~$180k.
And your support staff stop drowning in it too — that relief comes on top, at no extra count.

Questions
we always
get.
If you're wondering something we didn't answer — ask us directly. We reply in one business day.
What's the guarantee?
We hit the number, or you don't pay. We state it in hours because hours are measurable: in week one we baseline the admin hours your firm spends on the agreed workflows, then track them monthly. If we haven't hit the target — around 24 hours a month on one lane, around 48 across both — by the end of 90 days, the monthly retainer is free until we do. The build fee is separate; it pays for a working system you keep and own.
Where does the '$19k per lawyer' number come from?
Thomson Reuters' 2025 report measured that AI saves a lawyer about five hours a week — 240 hours a year. Priced as basic admin (~$30/hr) that's a ~$7,500 floor per fee-earner; priced the way Thomson Reuters does, where some freed time becomes billable work, it's ~$19,000 — still only ~$79 an hour, a quarter of a lawyer's rate. Multiply by your fee-earners for the firm-wide figure. Clio's 2025 report adds that firms with real AI adoption are about 3x more likely to grow revenue.
Will this touch our confidential client data?
No. We automate the non-privileged operational layer — intake, conflict checks, billing, filing, follow-ups. Anything that reads your work product runs inside your own tenant with zero data retention. Your privileged case data stays where it is, and you stay in control of it.
How is this different from Harvey, CoCounsel, or a legal-AI tool?
Those are tools you license, learn, and run yourself. We are not a tool — we build automation around how your firm actually works, then run it alongside your team. And we start with operations, not casework, so nothing depends on an AI getting the law right.
We are a small firm — is this overkill?
The opposite. We build for small and medium firms that can't justify a big consultancy or a full-time AI hire. We start narrow — the one workflow costing you most — prove it, then expand. Most firms begin with a short pilot.
Is it built for our regulator and privacy rules?
Compliance is the wrapper, not an afterthought. We work regulator-aware, keep your data inside your tenant, and hand you an AI usage policy your staff will actually follow — so no one pastes client data into a public chatbot. This is practical guidance, not legal advice; your compliance officer signs off.
Where are you based, and how does remote work?
We are a remote-first, senior-led team based in Abuja, Nigeria, working around your business hours. Founded by a commercial lawyer turned engineer, so we speak your language — conflicts, privilege, billing. The question under that one is usually where your data goes, and the answer is simple: it stays inside your own infrastructure, in your own region.
Where does our client data actually sit?
On infrastructure you own, in your own region — a private, self-hosted database on your server, never copied to us and never pulled onto our machines. For day-to-day work our team operates on the system, not on client personal data. Where any cross-border access is ever needed, it is covered by the agreements required by your privacy rules: a data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, and a transfer risk assessment.
Three slots.
One left.
We don't take every firm. We take three a quarter so we can stay embedded with each one — building, running, and improving the system alongside your team. Q3 2026 has one slot remaining.

Intake triage, conflict and AML pre-checks, billing and disbursement chasing, filing. We take the non-billable load off your team and run it alongside them — so your fee-earners spend their hours on work the firm can bill.
Source-linked legal research workflows that search public case law, legislation, regulator-specific materials, and your own knowledge base. Built to move 100x faster while flagging citations, quotes, weak authority, and points needing lawyer review.
A private assistant that searches and drafts from your own matters, precedents, and templates — inside your tenant, zero data retention. Your work product, instantly searchable.
We train your team on safe, compliant AI use and hand you a regulator-ready AI policy — so no one leaks client data into public tools. Remote, practical, one afternoon.
