Your information.
Handled deliberately.

Updated 7 September 2026. This notice covers the Getech marketing website and initial enquiries. Client engagements have separate agreed data-handling terms.

Who to contact

GECOMPS Tech Solutions Ltd, trading as Getech, is based in Abuja, Nigeria. Contact contact@getech.dev with privacy questions or requests.

What we collect and why

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, firm and a description of the process you need help with. Phone and time zone are optional. We use these details to respond, arrange a conversation and manage the potential business relationship. Do not submit confidential client or matter information.

Our hosting and delivery services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, timestamps and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. The contact endpoint uses short-lived, in-memory request controls to reduce repeated submissions. Enquiry contents are not sent to Google Analytics.

Service providers and access

Enquiries are sent through Resend to our business email and may be recorded in our configured HubSpot contact system for follow-up. These providers and our hosting and email services process information to provide their services. Our team operates from Nigeria; processing by service providers may occur in other countries. Hosting location and access for a future client document system are agreed separately before implementation.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is off until you choose to allow it. If allowed, it helps us understand page visits, clicks and successful enquiry submissions. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, enquiry text or URL query strings to it. A submitted enquiry is not recorded as a booked appointment.

You can decline without affecting the form, or change your choice through the Privacy choices control. We store that preference in your browser when storage is available. On withdrawal we stop analytics and attempt to remove this site’s analytics cookies. Previously collected information is not automatically erased by changing this preference. We also respect a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional analytics off.

Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence while following up and for business records where needed. Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes an engagement, ongoing correspondence and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Ask us to delete an enquiry you no longer want us to retain; we will explain any reason we need to keep part of it. Analytics and provider logs have separate provider/account retention settings. Browser preferences remain until you change them or clear your browser storage.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us about the information we hold, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional follow-up. Rights and any exceptions depend on the law that applies to your circumstances. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. You may also contact your relevant data-protection authority about a concern.

External links

Email, telephone and other external services operate under their own terms. This website’s privacy choices do not control those services. We do not collect payments or accept client archive uploads through this enquiry form.
